Special Docent: Winnie WongTour Expert: Walk in Hong Kong

The healing power of nature is stronger than imagination. Join forest therapist Winnie Wong, accredited by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides & Programs in the USA, as she leads participants into the Shing Mun Country Park. Participants will immerse themselves in the serene beauty and #ddHK creative installation seamlessly blended into the environment. Winnie will guide participants through mindful practices and reflections, fostering a deeper connection with the natural world.

Note

- The guided tour is conducted in Cantonese supplemented with English and Putonghua.
- Shuttle bus service will be provided to transport participants from Sam Tung Uk Museum to Shing Mun Reservoir(near Shing Mun Country Park Visitor Centre)
- Registration for tours in January and February 2025 will begin at 10am on 12 December 2024 (Thu).

Winnie is a certified Forest Bathing Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy in the United States. She firmly believes in the healing power of nature and conducts forest bathing experiences in various mountains and parks throughout Hong Kong. Through relaxed, sensory activities in nature, she aims to help rebuild the connection between people and the natural world.

In addition to organizing forest bathing experiences for private groups and corporate organizations, Winnie also leads sessions for various social welfare organizations, including the Hong Kong Cancer Fund, the Hong Kong Cancer Information Centre, the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, and the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, among others.
